Filomena Fernandez offers a full refund on online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 10 days from the day the parcel was received or signed for.
ALL ITEMS MARKED AS FINAL SALE CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Any items returned for refund or exchange after 10 days will be refused and returned to you.Returned items will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will only be issued to items that have not been worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must have all original tags attached. Shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the value of your refund.

In Store:
Returns can be made in-store at our Filomena Fernandez Boutique, 4217 Ponce de Leon Blvd., Coral Gables, Florida, USA

By Mail:
US (Continental) Returns: Securely repackage your merchandise. Affix the pre-paid return label to your package. The return postage charge will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to ship your return via a different carrier, please send through an insured shipping method to the adress below.

US (ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO) & International Returns: Please contact us at 1-305-661-4448 or contact@filomenafernandez.com to receive your pre-paid postage label. The return postage charge will be deducted from your refund.
